Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PropHunt(the “Game”), a free multiplayer hide-and-seek game developed by Saverl and available on Android and Windows. By downloading, accessing, or playing PropHunt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License to Use

Saverl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play PropHunt for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. Account & Age Requirement

You must use an Epic account to play PropHunt. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Epic account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. Your use of an Epic account is also subject to Epic’s terms.

3. Online Conduct

When playing PropHunt, including using voice and text chat, you agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party tools to gain an advantage;
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Game;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
  • Use hate speech or post offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content;
  • Spam, disrupt, or interfere with other players’ enjoyment of the Game;
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

4. Player Interactions

PropHunt includes online multiplayer and communication features. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other players. Saverl is not responsible for the conduct of any player or for any content shared through chat.

5. Intellectual Property

PropHunt and all related content are owned by Saverl. Epic, Epic Online Services, Epic Account Services, Unreal Engine, and their related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used under license.

6. Third-Party Services

Your use of Epic Online Services and Epic Account Services is subject to Epic’s Terms of Service. Saverl is not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.

7. No Warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Saverl does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saverl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.

9. Termination

Saverl may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
